تأسسّت شركة لاكريما عام 1959 وهي من أقدم منتجي الألبان وأكثرهم خبرةً في بلغاريا. يقع مصنع لاكريما في مدينة "بازاردجيك" بالقرب من جبل "رودوبي" في جنوب بلغاريا. وقد اشتهرت المنطقة بأراضيها الخصبة، ومراعيها الخضراء، وتربية الماشية، وكذلك بإنتاج الجبن.

نصنع الجبن يدوياً من قبل خبراء محترفين في إنتاج الجبن وذلك وفقاً للوصفات التقليدية البلغارية باستخدام الحليب عالي الجودة ومواد التخمر المختارة بعناية. منذ تأسيس الشركة، عملنا على استثمار الموارد البشرية والخبرات في المزارع المحلية لتربية الماشية لنضمن نقاء حليب البقر الذي نشتريه وجودته المستدامة وقيمته الغذائية.

بهدف تحقيق أعلى معايير الجودة الممكنة، تختبر لاكريما كل عينات الحليب ومواد التخمر التي تشتريها ويخضع كل منتج لأكثر من 30 اختبار للجودة أثناء عملية الإنتاج الشاملة. شركة لاكريما هي معتمدة حسب أعلى المعايير الغذائية الدولية للجودة والنظافة (IFS).
